It contains all of the international instruments pertaining to human
rights including the International Bill of Human Rights, and conventions
related to discrimination, rights of women, rights of the child, employment,
freedom of information, freedom of association, among others.

other articles clarifying the nature of state obligations under ICESCR.
4. This compilation is updated annually
and includes general coments and recommendations of the Human Rights
Committee, the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, the
Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, and the Committee
on the Elimination of Discrimination Against Women.
5. This document provides the reporting
requirements of all of the intergovernmental treaty and charter bodies
which monitor states parties' compliance with human rights obligations.
