Paragraph 98, third sentence
The sentence should read:
The Convention Relative to the Treatment of Prisoners of War,
which was singed in 1929 and came into force in 1931, and which
Japan did not ratify, states clearly in article 3 that "prisoners
of war are entitled to respect for their persons and honour. Women
shall be treated with all consideration due to their sex ...".
