  MARIO FEDERICO CAVAGNARO-BASILE, Agent of the Government of Peru in the MARIA ELENA LOAYZA-TAMAYO case, hereby respectfully informs you:

  That the person of MARIA ELENA LOAYZA-TAMAYO was released from prison on October 16, 1997.

  Now, therefore:

 I request that you take note of that fact for all pertinent effects.
