NOTING the Urgent Prosecution Reply to
Defence Responses to Prosecution Motion for Relief to File a Final Brief Not
Exceeding 500 Pages, filed on
RECALLING the Trial Chamber’s Order that,
by agreement of the parties, the length of the consolidated final trial brief
filed by the Prosecution shall not exceed 400 pages;[1]
ACCEPTING, however, that the Prosecution has miscalculated the number of
pages required to adequately present its final trial brief;
FINDING that the Defence will not suffer
any prejudice by the granting of the Motion, and that it is therefore in the
interests of justice that the Motion be granted;
PURSUANT to Rule 73(A) of the Rules
of Procedure and Evidence
HEREBY GRANTS the Motion
AND ORDERS that the Trial Chamber’s Order
referred to above be varied so that the length of the consolidated final trial
brief filed by the Prosecution shall not exceed 500 pages.
