In due consideration of the fact that
in the recent past a trade of considerable financial gain has developed
with live kidneys from underdeveloped countries for transplantation in Europe
and the United States of America. THE WORLD MEDICAL ASSOCIATION condemns purchase and sale of human organs for transplantation. THE WORLD MEDICAL ASSOCIATION calls on the governments of all countries to take effective steps to prevent the commercial use of human organs. |
