The Human Rights Committee,
Considering that communications Nos. 146/1983 and 148/1983 to 154/1983,
concerning John Khemraadi Baboeram, André Kamperveen, Cornelis Harold
Riedewald, Gerald Leckie, Harry Sugrim Oemrawsingh, Somradj Robby Sohansingh,
Lesley Paul Raman and Edmund Alexander Hoost, all relate to the same events,
said to have taken place in December 1982 in Suriname,
1. Decides, pursuant to rule 88, paragraph 2, of its provisional
rules of procedure, to deal jointly with these communications;
2. Further decides that this decision be communicated to the State
party and to the authors of the communications.
